about me

I am the CEO/Founder of Balanced Lifestyle & Wellness. Our mission is to empower purpose-driven go-getters individuals, especially women, to thrive with clarity, self-love, and resilience. Recently, we've expanded our coaching programs to assist couples in transforming their marriages with purpose and aiding parents in breaking destructive generational habits to nurture and strengthen their relationships with spouses and families.

Balanced Lifestyle & Wellness was born from my personal journey. Growing up, I witnessed my own mother struggle with unresolved developmental traumas, which left her suffering from stress and anxiety due to a lack of emotional coping mechanisms. Therefore, seeing many individuals, especially women, projecting their stress and anxiety in workplaces and to their families, inspired me to create a platform offering holistic solutions for mental and emotional well-being. Additionally, being raised in a multicultural environment led to experiencing cultural shock, loss of identity, and a sense of not knowing where I belong. I had to overcome generational and cultural limiting beliefs and learn how to harness the power of the subconscious mind, effecting transformative shifts in mindset and outlook.

Overall, I have over 10 years of up-to-date training and research in mind-body medicine to help you short-track your ability to learn and embody the latest cutting-edge information. I utilize solid frameworks from Mastering in Mental Health and Wellness to support your divine healing with ease and love. 



I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutritional Coach, Trauma-informed Life and Success Coach. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health and Wellness from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health with an Emphasis in Health Education and Promotion.

Our coaching programs are integrated, drawing from mental health frameworks to facilitate breakthroughs and address developmental, generational, cultural, and collective traumas. We emphasize a holistic approach to align the mind, body, and spirit. Coaching sessions may include transformational methods and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Non-Directive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Breathwork, and Mindfulness-based therapies.

Growing up in a rural community, Ashley witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by families in accessing essential support services due to financial constraints. This upbringing has fueled her desire to make a tangible difference, not only in her hometown but in similar communities nationwide.
