I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutritional Coach, Trauma-informed Life and Success Coach. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health and Wellness from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health with an Emphasis in Health Education and Promotion.

This upbringing has fueled her desire to make a tangible difference, not only in her hometown but in similar communities nationwide.
